The Bloomr Verified Standard
Last updated: 26 August 2026
Confidence starts with credible professionals
Bloomr is building a trusted, connected and continuous health, wellness and fitness ecosystem. Professional membership is application-based. Applicants must be aged 18 or over and provide information and evidence relevant to their professional category before they may receive the Bloomr Verified badge.
The badge means Bloomr has completed the checks described below using the information reasonably available at the time. It is designed to make professional credibility more visible and help people make better-informed choices.
What we check
Identity
Applicants must provide sufficient information and, where requested, documentary evidence for Bloomr to confirm their identity.
Qualifications and professional standing
Applicants must provide qualifications, registrations, accreditations or other evidence appropriate to the services and titles they present. Where a profession is regulated, Bloomr may check the relevant public professional register. Where it is not regulated, Bloomr considers recognised training, awarding bodies, professional memberships, scope of practice and relevant experience.
Insurance
Where professional indemnity, public liability or another form of insurance is appropriate to the services offered, applicants must provide evidence of valid cover and remain responsible for keeping it current and sufficient.
Professional commitments
Verified professionals must accept Bloomr’s professional conduct requirements during the application process, describe their services accurately, work within their competence and scope of practice, protect confidentiality, communicate transparently and comply with applicable laws, regulatory rules and professional standards.
How verification works
- Application: the professional supplies the information and evidence requested for their category.
- Review: Bloomr considers the application and may check public registers, request clarification or ask for further evidence.
- Decision: Bloomr may approve, decline or defer an application at its reasonable discretion, applying the published standard fairly.
- Badge: approved professionals receive the Bloomr Verified badge while they continue to meet the standard.
- Ongoing assurance: Bloomr may request updated evidence, conduct periodic or risk-based rechecks, investigate concerns and suspend or remove verification where the standard is no longer met.
What the badge does—and does not—mean
Bloomr Verified is an application-based platform standard. It is not a clinical accreditation, regulatory approval, criminal-record check or guarantee of quality, outcomes, conduct, availability or suitability unless Bloomr expressly states otherwise for a particular check.
Bloomr checks evidence with reasonable care but cannot guarantee that every document, register or statement remains accurate after the date checked. Professionals remain solely responsible for their qualifications, registration, insurance, conduct, advice, services and compliance. Users should read profiles, ratings and reviews, ask appropriate questions and independently confirm anything material to their decision.
Keeping the standard meaningful
Professionals must promptly tell Bloomr if relevant information changes, including any lapse, restriction, investigation, sanction or removal relating to registration, accreditation, insurance or fitness to practise. Bloomr may request evidence, temporarily hide a badge or profile, restrict activity, or remove professional membership while a concern is reviewed.
Anyone can report a concern through the platform or by emailing [email protected]. Bloomr will assess reports proportionately and may share information where required by law or necessary to protect users.
Choose with confidence. Verification is one part of an informed decision. Bloomr combines application-based verification with transparent profiles, ratings and reviews, multidisciplinary connection and tools that support a continuous health journey.
